Plans, coverage, installation, activation dates, payment — the things people actually ask us before they order. Can't find it here? A real person on the island is one message away.
Fiber runs over a physical cable — fastest and most stable, available in the main towns where the line reaches. Wireless connects through an antenna with line-of-sight to one of our points, and reaches villas and remote zones where cable doesn't. Same flexible durations on both; you pick the technology that's available at your address.
Six plans in total — three Fiber, three Wireless:
Pick the speed that matches how you use the internet — browsing and email at the entry tier, streaming and remote work at Plus and VIP.
You pay upfront for the period you choose — from one week to one year, ten durations in total. Prices range from €15 for a short entry plan up to €360 for a full year on the top tier. The exact price for every plan and duration is shown on the plan page before you pay.
Yes. That's the whole idea — pay only for the days you're actually on the island. Plans start at a single week, and there are short add-on options too. Great for holidays, seasonal stays, or trying us before committing to a longer period.
No rolling contract and no surprise auto-charge. You buy a period, you use it, and it simply ends. When you need more time you order again — same plan or a different one. You're always in control of what you spend.
The quickest way is to ask us with your address or postcode — send us an email and we'll confirm exactly which technology is available where you are, usually the same working day.
We serve Caleta de Fuste and the surrounding area with both Fiber and Wireless. If you're outside that area, contact us — we'll tell you honestly what's available at your address.
Caleta de Fuste and the surrounding area, with both Fiber and Wireless available. Not sure about your specific address? Just ask — we'll check before you commit to anything.
That's one of the most common things we set up. Pick a duration that matches your stay, give us the villa address for activation, and we'll have you connected for exactly the time you're here. No long-term commitment.
Yes — a technician has to come to install our equipment inside the property. The Fiber connection will require running a fiber cable in. The Wireless connection needs an antenna to be installed on the roof.
In both cases we'll also provide a latest technology router.
Everything needed to get online — the router for Fiber, or the receiving antenna and router for Wireless. The technician installs and configures it on site so it's working before they leave. If anything specific is needed for your setup, we'll tell you in advance.
Someone should be present to give access and confirm where the equipment goes.
The activation address (where the service is installed), a way to reach you, and access on the day. That's it. If your case needs anything extra, we'll flag it when we confirm the appointment.
Talk to us before you move. Depending on coverage at the new address and the technology involved, we'll tell you what's possible and the simplest way to do it. Easier to plan together than to improvise.
From the day after your order at the earliest. At checkout you pick the activation date yourself from a calendar, so it lines up with when you actually arrive or need it — not whenever we get to it.
Activations run Monday to Saturday. Sundays are off, so the calendar won't let you choose one. If you order on a Saturday, the earliest activation is the following Monday.
Yes — that's the point of the date picker. Choose any available day that suits your arrival or move-in. Your service activates automatically on that date — no call or visit needed.
You get an order confirmation by email straight away with your order ID and chosen activation date. Your service activates automatically on that date — just connect to your router. The Wi-Fi name and password are printed underneath the router.
Plans change — let us know as early as you can. Message us with your order ID and the new date you'd like, and we'll move it to the next available working day if it's still open.
Two secure methods: card (handled by Stripe) or PayPal. You choose at checkout. Both are processed on secure, well-known payment platforms — we never see or store your card number.
Yes. Payment happens on Stripe's or PayPal's own secure checkout, not on a homemade form. The connection is encrypted end to end and your payment details stay with the provider, not with us.
That's the activation address — where the technician installs the service. We need it so we know exactly where the service must be activated.
Yes — a confirmation with your order ID, plan, duration and activation date is emailed to you immediately after payment. Keep it; it's the fastest reference if you ever message us about the order.
Yes. At checkout you can choose between a standard receipt and a fiscal invoice (factura). If you select the invoice option, fill in your fiscal details at that point. Once you complete the order, the invoice will be sent to you shortly after.
Prices already include IGIC (the Canary Islands tax — there's no VAT here), and the invoice itemises it.
Your tax ID (NIF, NIE or CIF), the full name or company name (razón social) the invoice should be made out to, and your fiscal address. It works the same whether you're a private individual or a company.
Yes — your account is created at the time of installation. It is needed to purchase credit and manage your service going forward.
Completely. We've run internet on Fuerteventura since 2006. When you call or email, you reach real people on the island — no offshore call center, no scripted bots. If something needs a technician, the technician is here too.
English, Spanish and Italian. Every member of the team is fluent in at least two of the three, so you can explain the problem normally instead of fighting with a language barrier.
We reply as soon as possible during opening hours. If you contact us outside office hours, email is best — we try to reply to those even when we're closed. Exact opening hours are on the Contact page.
Contact us with your order ID and a short description of what's happening (a screenshot helps). We'll troubleshoot with you, and if it needs a technician on site, we arrange it — we're on the island, not a continent away.
No bots, no queue, no offshore call center. Ask a real person on the island — we'd rather answer one question now than lose you to a guess.
